This is good product compared to the price. It's shiny, light, separated properly. Sticks with tuny glues. Can be used on variable surfaces.

I have never used gold leaf (or gilded) anything prior to purchasing this. I wanted to add something to my acrylic landscape paintings. I didn't know it would require an adhesive so I just used wet gesso then sealed with an acrylic isolation coat. It's beautiful!!! It's delicate stuff for sure but was easy to handle (with a soft touch) and apply. And I was then able to apply acrylic paint right over the top. Created a beautiful finished product on the first, experimental try. Highly recommend.

I love the look this gold foil gave my mirror. I bought an ugly brown mirror at a garage sale and added wood pieces to the corners and placed the gold foil for a vintage look.
