The world has come a long way since installing my first 5.25" / 360K floppy drive! I was running out of space and purchased a couple of these -- using one as a new primary drive. Worked beautifully. No dead sectors. Just be sure to discharge static electricity regularly during the installation.

At first I was having issues with really bad write speed, but after some storage driver updates in Windows, it's performing well now. You might need to install the drivers from your computer maker, and not trust the Windows drivers. The MS drivers work but not great sometimes.

The product was easy to use. Upgrading an existing HDD to SSD. I followed one of the many tutorials for the procedure on youtube and I have limited technical skill. If you set aside a little time for it and dont rush you can save yourself a visit and money vs. having someone else do it. I was lucky, the new drive booted up and worked. No issues thus far and the speed has improved vs HDD. I cant say if this product is any better or worse than others on here. Technology also evolves quickly. But for the purchase I have no issues with this product.

For a lesser known brand it is quite good. I works just fine and if you need a one tb m.2 ssd I can recommend this one!

I was in the midst of transferring files to another pc. And realized I needed an extra 500Gb of space. The read and write speeds responds faster than described. I was surprised; I have a set of 2Tb usb flashes retailed to have a read/write speed average at 1400mb/s and both are much slower than this device. My main pc has 5 data storage slots. My brother🎓 is about to enter high school and I am giving him one of my laptops. The price is great, it arrived new. After the data transfer is complete, I will upload a photo. 🎗 Remember to take care of yourself and each other. Report all crimes when brought to your attention. Windows began booting very very slowly. It would typically boot in under 30 seconds. Now it takes 10 minutes. The disk shows 100% usage with just 12 processed accessing it at .1/Mbs. The computer is entirely unusable now. Chrome took 30 minutes to launch, windows explorer will take about 5 minutes to launch and then stop responding.

I needed to upgrade my 128GB SATA SSD drive with a 1TB drive. After checking around for a 1TB drive, I finally found this one. After getting the right cloning software, I was able to clone my drive to this one and get it install. Very nice solution and I ended up with tons of space.
