My plumber dropped the tap stand which broke and the company who supplied the tap sent me a new one without any problem. I thought that was excellent service.

Disappointing crumbling fitting after one month use
Absolutely love this tap but after one month of using the whole of the base has cracked and now Pieces are coming off. So disappointing as it’s not a cheap item
