I recently installed this tankless under-sink RO system, and it’s been a fantastic upgrade for my home water quality. I purchased this system close to 1.5 years ago and I have to say I love the quality of water it produces, the simplicity to replace filters as needed, the tankless feature, and the efficiency in term of waste water versus drinkable water which is 1.5:1 respectively. My city water is TDS is around 270ppm and after I used the simpure T1-400UV, it reduced it to 0ppm for the first 6 months then after it remained steady around 10-14ppm after 1.5 years and on. This is extremely clean per RO standards which is usually around anything less than 100ppm. The tankless feature has the major benefit of saving a ton of under-sink storage space which is already limited from the start. However tankless feature requires the user to flush the system every time for 1-2 minutes if it has not been used for an extended amount of time since the "still dirty" water is mixing with the clean water in the tank due to equilibrium. For the first 1-2 minutes of flushing, the TDS of my water is 50-120ppm then after 2 minutes it stays at 13ppm (1.5 years age of filters). If you always want instant clean water than a RO system with tank is needed. This system can produce unlimited clean RO water on demand once set up without running out as systems with tanks do. After 1.5 years of heavy use, I encountered an issue where the system turns off intermittently. I contacted Simpure and they were very helpful and accommodating even though my 1 year warranty has passed. It turns out from sending them videos that my control box was faulty which they sent me a new one and I replaced (5 minute job) and the system works like it was brand new again. Ellen was the Simpure rep that reached out to me and she was very patient and understanding. Very appreciative of her helpfulness and follow ups. Installing this RO system if very DIY if you watch videos on youtube. Or hire a professional which would cost $$$. Using this system has definitely eliminated plastic/aluminum waste from my home and the water quality is far superior to bottled water now per TDS measurements. Can use RO water for cooking, fish tanks, or carbonated water machines. Below you can see my city water which is around 270ppm , SimPure reduces this number to 13ppm which is extremely clean water. After installation it sits flush against the wall so you have plenty of space under the sink still. Overall I would highly recommend anyone to get this if they are looking for a efficient space saving RO system.

I have been so happy with this reverse osmosis system and it was pretty easy to install the system. I only need a tiny bit of help from my husband🙄. The biggest issue was making space under the kitchen sink which I have too much stuff under there anyway, but overall very pleased with it and it REALLY doesn't take up much room at all under the sink. There is also a disposal under the sink too, so was fairly easy to get it installed with disposal kind of in the way. I drink the water everyday and it has a pH of almost 10, so this is exactly what I wanted, and I did a ton of research before deciding to purchase this one. I didn't realize that 3 of the filters are good for 6 months, and the 4th, the "RO" filter is good for 1 year... So now that I'm familiar with which filters need to be changed, and WHEN they get changed, everything is great! I ordered the 3, six month filters, 6 months ago, and somehow I chose a set of three that did not go to my machine... however two of them did. I called customer service asking what filter goes where, as I was confused, and they sent me out the correct filter at no additional charge to me, and they did NOT require me to return the one that didn't go to my system. So I am very pleased with the customer service aspect as well. The water tastes great, and I keep a gallon of cold RO water in the fridge at all times, for this is the ONLY water I drink. Not only do the "humans" drink it, but also all of our pets, baby silkies, and our cat Phoenix. The spigot that came with the system is great because it's tall and you can twist it over to the side and put a big pot under it and fill it up without holding it. The flow rate is pretty fast however filling up a large pot to boil potatoes can be a couple minutes, it's great that it has the tall faucet so you can fit a gallon jug under it as well as big pots and pans, so you don't have to hold them while it's filling up. Just installed it with my husband yesterday. Was not complicated to hook up at all. We didn’t have enough space under our sink so we just used the cabinet next to it and ran the lines through a hole. We had zero issues with the install it was fairly easy with two people. I bought a water tester and the water tested successfully at 0 PPM after I ran it for half an hour as the instructions said. I checked the tap water too just to make sure my device was working and it tested at 36 PPM. The pump is extremely quiet in my opinion, with kids in the house I don’t even notice it unless I open the cabinet door intently. The side faucet it comes with it nice looking and slender. Overall I’m very happy so far with it and I’ll have to continue to test the PPM as the filters age, the little device is only $10 its probably worth getting for maintenance purposes.

My husband and I have been drinking RO water for over 40 years and just recently moved into a house that we could put in a unit under the sink. This unit is absolutely wonderful and easy to use.

I purchased this product because Simpure is based in Seattle, USA. Unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing. Within two months, the small water tank began leaking, which flooded my basement. In addition, the water flow is noticeably weak compared to what I expected. Updated: I received a new tank after contacting customer support -- all good now.

If you are thinking of buying one I would! It seems to work very well and the few issues I had were taken care of by the best customer service I have had in years. Anything wrong new replacement parts are shipped immediately without question .... truly excellent!
