Made with yellow peas... nothing else. No difference in taste. I just wish they'd give us a 1 lb box. Why skimp on quantity?

. I never eat plant based pasta but bought this one for a family member I was having over for dinner, that eats only gluten free. When I tested the pasta for doneness I couldn’t get over how good it tasted. I was so impressed with the taste and texture I never would have guessed that it was gluten free. It may be pricey but I really think it’s worth the price.

I was not impressed with the flavor with the pasta.

I have purchased ZenB many times from the ZenB website. It is my go to penne and rotini. It, of course, does not taste exactly like wheat pasta, but i think it is very good and has good texture. One used to be able to get a 3 pack (one type or mixed) from the website but now one must buy 10 as a minimum. Although it is a bit more expensive per box to buy from Amazon, I don't have to buy more than i have room to store.

I could barely tell the difference. Really food pasta. My first time trying a gluten free pasta and I had my doubts but I had company coming that has a gluten allergy so ... It does cook a bit differently and much faster. Once it seems to be close it will be ready withing seconds. I can go from not quite ready to over cooked in a few minutes, Great flavor though.

This product tasted ok to me but I eat gluten free have to. But they triggered my Celiac Disease 2 DAYS BEEN BAD. Maybe you can eat if your just sensitive but if your a real Celiac blood test proven don't eat this....Didn't eat anything else so I know it was this. I'm careful treat new food alone not in combination with anything else.
