I usually don't leave reviews, but because this is a new product I wanted to help them out. I love the way this fits securely around my neck, and it sounds great. I also like how the earbuds don't hang too low. But the most important part is that the mic is GREAT, I was using this headset while driving with my windows down and it was still a clear sound for the other person. And the range of the headset is fantastic as well. Great product for the price, will definitely buy again!!!

I ordered these headphones primarily for the sturdy wing/fin that helps the earbud stay in place, I find it so annoying when the ear peice loosens every few minutes. These do stay firmly in place. I am veey satisfied with the superior sound quality for it's price. The volume and power buttons are small and felt odd unti I have gotten use to them. I use these as a backup pair between chargings. They would be my primary headphones if only the neckband was larger. Because they are so small that tend to rotate to the front of my neck or slide backwards off my neck. The only reason that I have not returned them is because they sound so good.

Great unique shaped Bluetooth headphone. Perfect alternative of the LG730.This model have a newer battery so it uses a "c" type of connector,Just like my Samsung S9.Battery works as advertised. Charging is fast.My favorite option is the talkingInformation voice. It'll tell you if your battery is low not just beeps. Still figuring out what " connect ate" means 🤣🤣 british/ Chinese eccent.Buttons are a little challenging but it functions well.Surprisingly works well for the price i paid ,i can buy 2 for the price of an LG competitor.

when connecting to a laptop and phone at the same time (as instructed) the phone keeps disconnecting and reconnecting causing instability for the overall headset experience.

Let’s start with the good part: good looking headset (shape, color, finish); good quality sound (conversational, didn’t use it for music); good noise cancelation.The big problem:When the other party is talking, it’s like I am muted. They don’t hear one sound / word from me.I use this mostly at work. If production explains me a problem, I have no chance stopping them because they go in a wrong direction. I talk, try to stop them to no avail. When they stop talking they will hear my last half word / sentence / syllable, etc. Worst, if they are in a noisy environment I’m dead in the water. They will not hear me at all.This symptom happened from day one. I was confused of this behavior and blamed these half words / sentences on signal strength, Bluetooth interference, etc. Until one day when I tested it with a colleague about 20-25ft apart: let’s talk at the same time. I heard everything he said but he didn’t hear one word from what I said.On top of that:- My old Bluetooth (different brand in the same 20$ price range) held a charge for ~3 days. This one started with ~2 days and, after about one week is down to 1 – 1.5 days. Visible decrease in just one week.- The last two days I had a static noise in 3 out of 4 calls (average). Not consecutive calls, just here and there. Not sure if something goes bad.Note – Headset was used in a normal assembly plant environment: no dust, no hot / cold temperatures, no humidity, no water splashes, not used in sports activities.Returning.

Had it 2 days and the right ear bud quit working. But other than that, people complained they couldn't hear me well on it.
