Good gift (no chocolate)
Great advent calendar to remind you of the reason for the season. I made the mistake and did not realize there is no chocolate or candy behind the flap. It does have a verse/message and a picture. I had looked at so many advent calendars at the time I ordered these and thought I was getting ones with chocolate inside, but was slightly disapointed upon receiving them. They are still a great gift and truly can help keep our focus on the Savior and his birth. It was a great reminder that we dont need all the extra treats and gifts especially if we are doing it for the wrong reason. This ended up being a better message than I had expected. The cost was higher than I think they should be for the price.
