Aitoh Origami Paper 5.875"X5.875" 20/Pkg, Embossed Foil

Great paper. I do lots of origami projects. I have done some pretty advanced modular projects and this paper is nice. My favorite paper is a 24 lbs paper but this is still nice. It is very typical to origami paper and the foil looks gorgeous. Note there is only foil on one side. In fact I haven't yet found a paper with foil on both sides. But I haven't looked that hard really. This paper is worth the price for sure.

Beautiful colors.

So I was amazed to see the artwork on these sheets. The embossing is just perfect. it doesn't overshadow the paper and keeps it with just enough flair making flower origami look even more beautiful. The foil is solid and folds really well too. Worth it.

I purchased this product for my wedding. I chose to have origami flowers as my bouquet. Once I received the paper I noticed that it was way more attractive than the picture and it worked perfectly for the look I was trying to pull off. I would recommend this product to anyone who is creative enough to think outside the box.

Origami with nice paper makes for a most impressive art form. Use these papers for creative folding, a creative way to spend time with friends.

I bought this as a gift and they loved it. I was able to try it out for myself, and the one thing I can say about using it is that it retains any crease you put into it, which can make for some very clean edges. unfortunately if you make a fold in error it can look ugly. This is a fun alternative to Regular origami paper.

The colors are pretty, but not really functional for folding. Origami. Upon opening, the paper starts to curl. We needed to cut them to 3" squares, but then the paper curled even more. I even tried putting heavy books on them for a few days to flatten them but they wouldn't keep a flat shape.

The paper looks great but...it is rather difficult to work with. I know another reviewed said it was great for flowers but its not as great as other papers. When trying to do certain folds it is almost impossible to get the foil to behave. The sheets curl up witch also make it hard to work with. Im not saying it doesn't look good though. It looks great very nice colors and textures, Im just saying unless your a pro at origami this paper is going to be a little tough to deal with. For 3.99 I am happy though.
