Is this a powdery scent or pretty masculine or a bit of both?

What is the difference between "after shave lotion" and "after shave"?

So is this the aftershave like the picture, or is it the lotion like the title says?

I own this. it's great. i bought from another seller & site. the color is darker. (deep amber like thumbnail photo). can anyone explain?
