Fat equals flavour
Lovely Organic mince with great flavour and at a good price. If you want that real beefy flavour, always use at least 12% fat

Amazon delivers great quality fresh meat
This was delivered on ice packs and it was fresh, pink and nice inside the package.Sometimes when I buy meat from supermarket they have blueish colour and are not chilled, but this product was as fresh as the butchers shop ones.

Two of items was organic great flavour nice and lean as the same with other product. The value was pretty good also. My dislikes are that packaging is PLASTIC!. Two of these items was organic maybe all fresh products to be in sustainable packaging paper bag lined with a eco friendly lining Regards H.A.

Black and destined to expired before being eaten
The item arrived being black not red. It was delivered Nov 30 and was expiring Dec 2. We tried to cook it today. It's tasting horrible. Binned.It's the 3rd time.

A good option if you can't get grass-fed
It's an ok meat if you can't source a higher quality one. Definitely not for tartare, short shelf life, smells sour after a couple of days in the fridge.
