Q: How can we confirm if it is working on germs?

Q: Why is mine not working? I have tried with usb, batteries, a combination of this. Nothing has worked. Also why have usb if not a charger?

You need to press for 5 secs to make it work. The usb is to use on AC , not to charge. I used the batteries . On a separate note, mine was oblu half luminated, prob faulty so I had just returned this item as I did not find it was worth it

Q: How long will it take to Disinfect

According to the instructions you will need to move the UV light wand over the object you would like to disinfect for 10-15 seconds.

Q: How do you know if it is doing anything?

I don’t, in the same way I don’t know when I use a disinfectant that it is killing 99% of germs. I am trusting that it does what it says on the tin
