The bracket was easy to install and worked well for a year.Then stopped working.The seller has been very helpful, via requested videos/photos, he diagnosed the sender unit as the fault. He sent us a replacement sender unit and a replacement remote control unit - at no cost to us!!!!Just plugged in the replacement sender unit and the motorised bracket is fully functioning again - excellent.Our thanks to the seller fir his help in getting the unit working again.We can happily recemmend both the motorised TV bracket and the seller very highly. 4 screws missing! But other than that perfect

It’s overall a great product but not so great now it doesn’t come out at all. The motor seems to not be able to work. The remote works but when I click the button for it to extract it even though you can hear the motor working it doesn’t do anything.I don not know who to contact and have paid a lot of money for this product.
