The effect is very good
I received it and immediately used it for my family. The effect is still good. After two days of use, the sleep quality has been significantly improved. I look forward to the follow-up effect of "three highs"

Easy to use but only 650nm red light
I'm not a medical expert and can't say for sure if this red light therapy device is having any impact on my health for good or bad. The description says it's designed for the "3-high crowd" but I'll admit I've never heard that term before. I got it because my acupuncturist has been encouraging me to use red light therapy for my pain issues and "sticky chi", and to me, this seemed like a convenient design for doing smaller more targeted areas than some other types I've seen. It's especially good for doing my wrists, hands, and elbows since it's specifically designed to stay in place on your wrist. It's easy to control with just 3 power and 3 time settings. Choose heart or wrist, how long, and how intense, and you're ready to go. It all seems to work well, but I'll admit so far I'm too chicken to try the nasal cavity probe. Plus the idea of sticking it up my nose is a bit gross to me. The light on the nasal probe definitely turns on though and it seems to function as expected. My one dissatisfaction with the LASEPREHT device is that it only does 650nm red light, instead of having higher and lower settings for different uses. But as I already mentioned it's targeted specifically for the 3-high crowd, not as an all-purpose light, so a limited range is understandable.

My blood pressure is still high
I have been wearing it religiously evening and morning and has no effect on my blood pressure so I don’t know how this is effective for 10 people and their blood pressure has been normal. I don’t know if this are genuine.

5 stars as I am familiar with red light therapy
AS USUAL.. with any medical device.. the manufacturer and me as a reviewer have to be careful in our reviews and descriptions not to violate any existing rules. We all know what I mean.. and I sort of agree with the protections for consumers in place.Having said that... I have been using this sort of device for 8 or so years. The original device had 3 lights and was $150 and used a hard to find battery to power it.. but it worked. Google this info for more information if you are new to this.It would be impossible to make claims without medical PUBMED type research.. but I say again.. do your own research to see if this might be of use to you.NOW as far as the device itself. I am large.. have huge wrists and it works wonderfully. My main concerns are to keep my insulin and blood sugar in check and I do that primarily with diet and regular doctor visits. I am continually told that my A1C is outstanding especially for my age. I do battle with those sort of maladies mentioned in the device description on Amazon. I am not trying to be vague but instead stay within guidelines of claims. I am successfully dealing with the things the device claims to aid.I can say that I try.to .. no matter whether a device is complimentary.. or I pay for it... I try not to have junk crap that does not work. I absolutely am a slave to Amazon due to their return policies. This device pleases me greatly and I would never return it. VERY NICELY MADE. It feels good.. seems electronically solid.. and is of course a tad pricey as are ANY device in this new form of therapy.Hope this was not too vague.. DO your research.. then try this... I think you will be pleased.... and if not... utilize the amazing return policy of Amazon. I doubt you will do it however... Hope this helps.. CHeers

Limited Red Light Device
There are many red light therapy devices on the market today in quite a few form factors. This one is in the form of a wearable (very large) wristwatch that you can wear on your wrist or around your chest. Unlike other red light devices, this one has only one wavelength - 650 nm red light. It has 2 modes - wrist and heart. In wrist mode, 12 of the 28 LEDs are lit. In heart mode, all 28 are lit. There are 3 power (brightness) levels in each mode. There is a 30 minute countdown timer on the display. The instruction manual describes the theory behind red light therapy. There is also a nasal probe that allows for red light therapy in nasal passages.I have tested a number of red light devices and this one lacks features that others provide, such as multiple wavelengths of light (850, 450, and others) and pulsing modes. Multiple wavelengths penetrate differently and allow for different types of therapy. This one is basically single purpose, providing therapy to the body at one depth.Overall, while this device does a good job of providing red light therapy to targeted areas, I find the limited single wavelength and quite high price compare unfavorably to other red light devices on the market today.

Red light therapy wristwatch
I ordered red light therapy because my friend told me that red light therapy could be beneficial. Upon opening the box, I noticed that the wristwatch had an installed strap and a longer strap was also included. I charged the wristwatch overnight. I placed the wristwatch on my left hand like a watch. The wristwatch is easily adjustable to the desired settings. I never used red light therapy, so I used it for 30 minutes on my wrist. I did not have any immediate effect on improving muscle or joint pain relief. I did not have muscle or joint pain. The wristwatch is described as improving cholesterol and blood sugar levels. I have no way of checking these levels, but it’s not something that will improve after the short use of the wristwatch. Most importantly, I had no side effects from wearing the wristwatch, and the wristwatch was comfortable to wear. I have an appointment with my physician I will consult about the red light therapy wristwatch. Overall, the red light therapy wristwatch is a fair value, and the item description was fairly accurate.
