The cutting surfaces are fine, they have been durable and easy to clean. However, the splatter screen smokes too much, so much that it set off the smoke alarms. To stop it from smoking I have to hold it high above the pan, which allows the grease splatter all over the stove, so it is pretty much useless. 4 stars for the cutting surfaces, 1 star for the splatter screen.

I would have never imagined myself reviewing something as mundane and utilitarian as a splatter screen...but I seriously LOVE this thing! I use it EVERY.SINGLE.DAY. Exclamation points to the tenth power!!!! And run it through my dishwasher. I can't see one iota of wear or rust or ANYTHING iffy after my constant use. (it also makes a great way to drain and pile up all the bacon as it comes off my (other, unnamed product) indoor grill/air fryer. I just lay it over top of one of my big cast iron skillets and keep piling on the bacon as it is done and it drains well before I zip-lock bag it up for the fridge. I also take some of that cold bacon out and lay it on top of the screen to let the steam from the sausage I'm cooking in the skillet reheat the bacon. Yeah....PORK FAT RULES for Keto-ers!

This product doesn’t seem cheaply made. I suspect it works quite well for induction and coil burner stovetops. My stove is gas, however, and it burned the edge of the screen. I will say that the handle did not get at all hot. If you opt to try this screen (or any such screen) with gas, I would make sure to not get a size that exceeds your pan width, keep the flame as low as you can, and keep an eye on it. I returned my order and was issued a prompt refund. The seller's communications were so nice I was sorry their screen didn't work for me. The cutting boards are terrific, especially if you currently use wooden ones. You can slide these over the top to keep your surface sanitary. They take knife pressure better than my thicker ones, and don't slide around as much.PS The 13 inch screen is the perfect size for a wok, and mine did not burn while seated on the wok.

I live where I cannot have a gas stove so I have the flat, glass top electric. When cooking with oil that spatters it is a nuisance to clean the top. I have used this almost every day since I received it and it works really well. It can't stop every bit of oil from escaping but what does come through is minimal. You can put it in the dishwasher or rub a bit o soap on it and use the spray attachment to clean. The 13" fits all of my pans and I have one large one. The cutting boards were an extra added attraction and they are good to use for veggies and fruit.

The bonus of the cutting-boards make this a good value. I like those braces which lift the screen off the edges of the pan. The only negative is that, although the product description does state that the product is "stainless steel", it doesn't specify that the SCREEN itself is stainless steel. I carefully read the information that came with the product, too, and that still wasn't quite clear. I would like to wash it in my dishwasher, but I'm afraid the screen part would rust (my old one, which was a different brand, did rust when I did that). So I've been washing this new one by hand, which I'm not too crazy about. The product information didn't specify how to wash it.If anybody knows for sure that the screen part is also stainless, please comment on my comment? Thanks.

I was used to the dollar store splatter screens that came apart at the rim after a few uses. Plus, where do you put the thing while checking what's in the pot / pan? The solution is this splatter screen which is made of heavy mesh and has three legs built into the rim. I've used it a couple of times now and it's reduced the amount of clean-up required as well as the boil-over I used to get with a solid cover. The 4 thin cutting boards are a bonus - I use them on top of a thicker wooden cutting board, but, so far, have not come close to cutting thru them. I'll update this review should issues develop in the future.

Much larger than anticipated, but that’s not a bad thing. Extremely sturdy! Here’s a tip: while my pasta is cooking in a pot of boiling water, I leave the screen across the top of the pot, place my vegetable of choice on top of the screen, then place the pot lid over the vegetables. While my pasta cooks, my vegetables get steamed, and it’s all using one pot of water and no extra energy! Great service and communication. Will buy from them again!

So far i love this splatter screen. Have only used it a couple of times, but it is great. It is the perfect size for even the largest skillet. It also came with 4 flexible cutting boards, which i have to admit, i was a little skeptical of them. But, they have proved to be quite nice. I have not used my heavy glass, or hard plastic or wood ones since. I love the way these will bend and after cutting you can slide what you have cut neatly into a bowl. Very much worth the buy. Thanks for a great product.

This is a great screen. Well made, dishwasher safe, but also easy to clean by hand. Seems sturdy, and although we haven’t had it that long, I think it will last for a long time. Also, has metal nodules, so it can be placed on the counter with the screen raised. A class act.

This is an amazing set. I originally was looking for an oil splatter screen, but it's nice to have the extra set of durable cutting boards which you can also definitely use as plate mats.

Splatter screen is a good big size to fit any pan, with nice fine mesh. The 4 free cutting boards were a real bonus. Thank you!
