It is nice. But pay attention to the sizing. I ordered the large, well, because I am large, but I think a medium would have fit me. Still, it helps my back when I am up moving and lifting things.

After using it every day for about a month, the Velcro is not attaching well. Sometimes it’s becomes loose because the Velcro is too weak. But it does help me with my lower back.

It works
I have a pot belly I place it below my pot belly and it seems to relieve the pain from my sarcastic discomfort. I have slept with it on with no ill effects sometimes I get it to tight I am still getting use to how tight to wrap it. Highly recommend
