Easy and lovely
Very easy read and good flow. Finished it in about 4 hours. Was disappointed by the way the ending happened. It felt very rushed. But overall great book

The perfect small town romance book
I’m not from a small town, far from it—but I love this book <3 the ending allows for reader’s imagination and i’m glad there was no sudden appearance from exes or love rivals . The ML and FL grow into their own skin and you see the struggles that go inside their heads as they come to an understanding of what they both want. It’s clear from the start that they both are attracted to each other and the theme of the book is overall lightheartedly sweet. A nice quick read.

Love Charlie and Grace!
Knocking Boots combines some of my favorite tropes: small town, second chance, and fake relationship. It is a sweet yet sexy story with a quirky heroine and a hot bar owner as a hero.More than anything in the world, Grace was to become a mother. She also wants a relationship and a house with a white picket fence. Her biological clock is ticking and she will have to make a decision soon.Charlie has put everything he has on Mac, the bar he bought years ago after his heart was badly broken. He spends all his time and energy there and has no desire for a relationship, even when hisfamily pushes for it. Over the last couple of months, Grace has become a regular at the bar and he soon finds himself looking forward to her visits. When Charlie needs a fake girlfriend to get his family off his back, she quickly agrees. But lines will blur, and what started as fun might get messy. Their journey is flirty and sweet. There is little drama, nothing major. And the surprises are unexpected and so, so good! Definitely worth reading. If you like audiobooks, go for it because Teddy Hamilton is the perfect Charlie.

She needed all, he wanted nothing. It was a sweet small town romance.
4.5 stars for the book.5 stars for the audible narration. This book was exactly what I needed at the moment. It was cliche, sweet and very hot!I love small town romance when I'm in need of something to just get away from my usual hardcore and emotional books. Not that this one wasn't emotional, but it was a soft, entertaining and sweet scape. With a mix between friends to lovers, small town romance and fake boyfriend, knocking Boots had everything set to a really good time!I love Charlie!Oh my God...The guy definitely have skills 🔥🔥🥵🥵He was burned before and avoided commitment like the plague. But being a 30 yrs old momma's boy, he was pushed from every side of his family to settle down. Not that he wanted to.Gracie was a sweet girl that was ready to conquer the world in her professional life. But then something really bad happened and she's suddenly ready for a full family package.I loved that their friendship came first.Their flirting were just another bonus, and I was rooting for them since page one!Their lack of communication or her crying self could be a little bit less present.I also loved the audible narration!Amazing job by Teddy Hamilton & Lidia Dornet.

Grace and Charlie - communication is key
4.75 starsI have read many of this author’s books, this one included, and was excited to have the opportunity to hear the words brought to life by Teddy Hamilton and Lidia Dornet as they voice Grace and Charlie. Grace is a young woman who is looking at settling down with a husband and having some children. Like many young women, they grow up being told to focus on a career and ensuring that their life is in order before marriage and family. The problem Grace seems to have is that she has no man on the horizon and her body is betraying her when she learns that she is premenopausal. Charlie is the man behind the bar who listens as Grace shares her feelings and the two fall into a natural flirtation. Charlie would be a good husband and father for Grace’s baby but he is not the type of man to be faithful to one woman man as he was burned in his past. However, there are circumstances that are pulling Grace and Charlie together. Can they make a relationship work between them? This is a slow burn to romance that will have listeners putting on a smile on their faces as these narrators work their magic.

A Sweet but Steamy Small Town Romance
KNOCKING BOOTS is a sweet, but steamy small town romance.Grace is at a place in her life where she is ready to settle down with marriage and babies. It has become a priority, when she learns at just thirty, that she is premenopausal. Her parents have told her to figure out her life, and devote herself to a career before settling down. Now she has been there and done that. The time has come she wants a baby first and foremost. A husband would be nice, too.If she can't immediately have all her dreams come true. Grace can always go to her favorite after-work bar. There is where her favorite bartender, Charlie, will serve her drinks, listen to all her problems, and with his flirtatious ways, make her feel so much better. He would make her a perfect husband and baby-daddy. Except he is completely allergic to commitment. He had been burned in the past, and sworn-off ever falling for that again. He is so attracted to Grace, that Charlie calls her his little sweetheart. He wouldn't mind knocking boots with his little sweetheart either. Their strong pull to each other gets out of control one night. A few too many drinks and a careless bet, and they end up in a “fake” relationship. Plus Grace ends up being invited as his date to his sister's wedding. Great way to meet his family. This is the story of Grace & Charlie, and how it all ends!

A beautiful love story ❤️❤️
Charlie’s last relationship ended badly when he caught his fiancé cheating on him . Although they were childhood sweethearts the fact that they got engaged was more or less done to appease his family who saw it as a natural progression of their relationship but deep down when their relationship ended Charlie was secretly ok with it . Now running a successful bar he’s made a pledge that when he chooses the one to be his forever girl it will be 100% his choice , that doesn’t stop his mother & sisters trying to set him up though . With one of his sisters wedding fast approaching they’re already lined up a potential girl for him , Charlie is determined not to let that happen . Enter Grace who happened to go to his bar one evening they soon entered into a friendly conversation ,it was clear that they’re was an attraction between the two . Grace works as a graphic designer although her work life is good , one thing she wants more than anything is a child , but after a recent Drs appointment she was given devastating news that the chance of her conceiving without help was nil . Grace finds herself wanting to go to the bar just to see and talk to Charlie then one evening Grace got tipsy and told him her news that she’d had from the Dr. With his sister’s wedding fast approaching Charlie asks Grace to be his pretend girlfriend and accompany him to the wedding of course Grace agrees . What happens when their friendship changes and develops into something more for both of them can they have their HEA ? 😉❤️❤️

Really good
I'm used to reading darker things from this author, but when this came to my attention, I couldn't resist. And I'm SO glad I picked it up.This was the perfect small town romance. Full of the kind of spice I've come to expect from this author. Add in a bit of fake dating and a tiny bit of drama, mix it all together with the Winters magic and you have Knocking Boots.Such a fun read.

Okay
It was okay, nothing really memorable or got me so just three stars from me. Though she went into the relationship kinda fast for being worried and all that, moved too quick for me. I’m more of a slow burn lover. First time reading this author though and I won’t be put off, I’ll give another few ago.
