I bought the 8 in and 10 in fry pans. I give it 4 stars because I use a gas tea he and the handles get very hot so I bought pan handle covers this works ok but not great to be safe make sure you have a dry hand towel on your shoulder just in case I have the blue.FYI to keep the bottom of the pans clean make sure the gas grates are clean and free of oil I run mine in the dishwasher a couple times a week

Very good pan easy to clean and just the right size for cooking small meals

I really like this pan except when I’m frying eggs. The bottom of the pan is raised in the middle, not flat.

The handle gets pretty hot be careful! The handle on the lid is ok!

I love these pans - for the two of us, these work great for smaller meals - can do two of these instead of a bigger one

The only thing that I don’t like is that it lacks heft. It does a great job. It just seems like it should be heavier

Nice 8 inch pan. Wanted a smaller pan for eggs and sauces. This has worked great. Have used for both quite a few times now. No problem toss flipping over-medium fried eggs. Definitely use non-stick utensils for this. However, I have carefully used a fork a few times with shrimp and a couple other things. Pan still looks new, and the lid fits great. Only give four stars because I don't care much for the tall metal handle on the lid, but Ok.All good, really like the pan

Love the pan, BUT...the handle fills with water when I wash it, then drips everywhere. How can I fix this? the "nails are not ones that a screwdriver will fit
