The metronome I received was well-packaged.
Now that I have the product, it will take me some time to evaluate this China made metronome.

Cheap or inexpensive?
Gets the job done. It is very plastic in appearance and feel, but it functions well. It seems to be rugged in spite of all the plastic, though it is slippery to hold. A reasonably good inexpensive option.

reliability, wear and tear
Plastic body seems light-weight, not as thick as is needed , for our families Pre-Teen Piano Student.

Works
Easy to use, but my kids tend to play with it more than practicing piano

Stopped working after 1 month
It work well until it stopped. About 1 month after I purchased it. Unfortunately it was a few days after the return window closed.

Se ve mejor en foto que en la realidad
La estetica real es de plástico se ve como platos de esos que venden para los niños con personajes impresos, funciona miy bien pero su aspecto no es tan agradable como parece.

Plastic shell not wood, very loud with no volume control, otherwise seems to work well
There are free, accurate metronomes with volume controls for smartphones, which I usually use, but I bought this as I want to minimise time spent with screens/phones.The product information could be clearer that it is not wood, I assumed it would be plastic, but couldn't find anything explicitly saying it isn't and it seemed more pricey than othe plastic models, so still a little disappointed. It does the job well from the little time I've spent using it, but is loud and no way to control the volume. If you're trying to practise quietly in a flat or house, you are likely to annoy your neighbours!
