I haven’t successfully used the teeth whitening set yet, as I had trouble using the syringe. Nowhere in the instructions mentions the use of this. I have pushed the plunger, but nothing came out. I cut a small piece off the nozzle, still nothing came out. So I cut off a chunk of the nozzle and got the gel coming through, but I lost quite a bit of it by doing this. When it says to put 0.05g on the lower and upper teeth tray, does this mean 0.05g on the bottom, and 0.05g on the top. Or use 0.05g between the lower and the top tray? I did email Smile Now, 3 days ago, but have not had a reply - their website is in Germany, although it states this is a UK product? There’s no help on their website regarding my problem. Thank you.I have since heard from Smile Now Customer Service and they have been very helpful.I have used the kit a few times since. The teeth guards would be better if they were smaller and fitted the teeth better so that the gel was in better contact with the teeth.

Ok whitening for me personally - I wasn't starting from a bad level at all just some minor staining from tea and coffee drinking; I had generally slightly off white teeth as a result. Definitely a difference but not drastic. Very simple to use though, comes in a handy kit, free refills (that's a great perk of buying this kit) and it is easy to use. Overall, I would say it is worth a punt but don't expect equivalent results with something you would get from a dentist - I have tried both. I don't like wearing the dentist one overnight so I like the appeal of being able to use this one in the daytime at home but the solution definitely isn't as strong.

I bought this kit and received the whitening strips from the same company as a promotion as they were out of gel refills and actually found the whitening strips to be much more drastic in lifting the stains from my teeth!! Would recommend either product as they both lifted the stains but personally the whitening strips were the winner!!

I love this kit. Easy to use and did a great job with whitening my teeth.

So I found using the gel and uv light didn't do much if anything. However, I have 5d whitening strips which are really good on their own, using these with the uv light amplifies the effects massively. But the gel they include in this set, not so much

Bought this for my mother, it has made a massive improvement to her teeth, thankyou so much, its so easy to use. I will be ordering again for myself too.

Easy to use product and no bad taste. My truth weren't very stained to start with, maybe that's why I didn't se a huge change in brightness/ whiteness.

I don’t know if I’m putting it on right but I do know it does feel very uncomfortable to wear. Stopped using it after 3 days as it was hurting my gums

The product itself is ok but the promotion that comes with it is always an excuse I bought this 8 months and still waiting for free refills

Tastes lovely.Make sure you assemble the device BEFORE putting in the gel because it's impossible to do otherwise.Haven't noticed much whitening though really.

Loved it - still in process but seems like it’s whitening very gently so don’t expect result in a day. Been using for around a week 3-4 times now and it’s working nicely without affecting gyms etc :)
