Product review
Saw alot of great reviews, so I purchased. This iron did nothing for my iron levels. . Gave it one star because the constipation was manageable with miralax.

Do what they should do…
I have always tended to run low on iron and so I have tried many different iron supplements over the years. These iron supplements have been working very well for me so far. They give me absolutely zero stomach issues unlike many other iron supplements. I do believe that they help sustain energy as well.

Fantastic supplement!
I generally don't like trying out supplements that aren't already established. Fortunately, I've used multiple Nutricost supplements over time (and still do), so I was familiar with the brand and decided to give them a try.I haven't seen a doctor about having Restless Leg Syndrome and haven't actually been diagnosed, but I'm pretty certain I have it. Whenever I get tired or it's bedtime, my legs start hurting and feeling very fidgety, and I get so uncomfortable. It's not until I get ready to go to sleep and I lay on my stomach that they stop feeling like that.I've been taking Magnesium supplements for a couple of years now. I've had a bit of relief, but the problem has always persisted. Essentially, I use my legs as sort of an alarm clock to tell me when it's time to roll over to go to sleep.I normally make my pill packs for 28 days at a time, so I just take everything in my AM or PM pack as needed, and I don't have to think about what I'm taking again until it's time to prepare the next 28 days.I got these supplements just in time to add them to my last 28 day round. The only other thing I changed for the month was probiotics (I already take them every day, I was just trying different ones).Few days ago, as I was laying in bed and starting to get sleepy, I noticed that I didn't have any leg pain! I don't know how long the pain's been gone, but I'm on week three now and I haven't had any RLS pain for at least the last week (since I noticed it first). I still take magnesium, so I don't know if these two work well together, but I intend to take it out for next month and see if this supplement does the job by itself. Either way, my RLS problem seems to be solved.I take only one of these per day, in the morning. If you have RLS or need an Iron supplement for a different reason, definitely give these a try!:)

Easy to swallow
I’ve taken different iron supplements for years and really like the Ferrochel formula. I take two of these a day along with vitamin C to help absorption. I’m taking this in lieu of a different brand I was taking, and haven’t noticed any changes, so I assume it’s working about the same. I don’t have any stomach discomfort or digestion problems with this brand and the capsules are easy to swallow. Without getting a blood test and having my ferritin checked I can’t say for sure how it’s affecting my iron, but it seems to be a good brand and formula.

Easy to swallow, didn't leave me lightheaded
I have historically had an iron deficiency and have regularly taken supplements but they have always made me feel lightheaded when I took it. I'm not sure what's different about this one but it hasn't done to me what others have, while I definitely have seen the advantages of just not getting dizzy all the time. I wish the tab was a little smaller but for what it is, it's worth it.

Great Value
We have been keeping a mostly vegetarian diet since the pandemic started. Part way though, we noticed that we were getting cold and clammy toes and fingers. The internet told us that these could be symptoms of iron deficiency, something common with pregnant women, vegans and vegetarians. Iron is seldom included in multivitamins these days since too much isn’t very good for you either. After taking iron for only a few days, those cold, clammy feet symptoms went away. Now we take iron three days in a seven-day week to make sure we get enough. This iron supplement works and is a brand we have used before. You get a 240-day supply for one person. Since we don’t take it daily, this $15 container will last the two of us over a year. So as far as we’re concerned it’s great value.

Easy on the stomach
This form of iron is supposed to vbe superior for absorption. I can say that it is much easier on the stomach. Normal iron supplements give me a sharp stomach pain, but these don't. My wife can't usually take normal iron supplements at all without having terrible indigestion, but these she has had no issue with. That's good, because she needs extra iron more than I do. I'm very happy with this product.

So far so good
I got these because you only have to take one capsule as opposed to other brands that require you to take 4-6. I haven’t had my iron checked since taking it but I can feel a slight difference with my energy so I think it’s helping. The capsules are actually smaller than typical ones and the flavor isn’t bad. You can taste them a bit but I take them with juice or my protein drink and they go down easily. I haven’t had any bad side effects from them. If my iron levels end up improving, I’ll definitely reorder these.
