DeLallo Traditional Italian Potato Gnocchi, 1lb

I needed this for a soup I was making-it made all the difference between pretty good and excellent. Not easy to find in this area.

These are very yummy — and the only brand I buy!

I used the Gnocchi in a chicken soup and it was delicious.

Cooked 4 cups cabbage+2 cups cooked ham + 1 cup onion and combined with cooked gnocchi

I'm just leaving this review to up the rating. I don't know how the other reviewer cooked it, but this gnocchi is delicious. You just need to know what you're doing. You can either boil it as directed, or like we do, sauté it straight out of the box, then add your other ingredients, and you're done. We usually add sautéed vegetables, a sauce, and a vegetarian meat substitute. I've also made a sweet version a couple of times using brown sugar, and MAN was that a hit!
