OEM product at a good price
I am very happy with the original Ford product at about half the price. I had a shipping issue but it was not the sender's fault, UPS decided to drop my package off at another location.

Difficult to attach
OEM product. It is a perfect fit. It is difficult to attach and remove. Ford needs to come up with a more user friendly process.

Fell off in the first 120 miles.
Fell off in the first 120 miles, seller wouldn’t do anything about it, because I needed a product to send back for a refund or replacement. Hard to send anything back if it FELL OFF WHILE DRIVING!!! Obviously I don’t know where they fell off…Amazon did step up and gave me a refund, which was very good of them, because it was a 3rd party seller, so once again, Amazon went above and beyond!
