Q: I am 6 ft tall xxl will this fit?

Probably. I am 5'10 and it goes almost to the floor on me. It seems pretty roomy around as well but I am not an xxl so can't say with 100% accuracy. It would probably come together in the front but don't know if it would overlap. It is well made and durable. We've had ours for three years and use it every year!

Q: Is the collar stiff or can it lay down?

The collar is stiff, but it can stay up (like Elvis) or lay down. However you want it. I've found the cape to be well made and well worth the price. I think you'll be happy

Q: Is this reversible? Is the red lining the entire other side?
