50W MR16 3-Pack Specialty Bright White (3000K) 380 Lumen (40W = 50W) Dimmable Clear Flicker-Free Light Bulbs

I bought these to replace a total of eight 50 watt halogen MR16's to help conserve electricity (400 watts is nothing to scoff at!) but primarily to avoid turning the space into a furnace after more than just a couple minutes. These are just a smidge brighter than what they replaced, draw FAR less power and output FAR less heat, and have what I would consider a "fine" color temperature. I wish they were just a little bit cooler (maybe something weird like 3400K) as they have a strange off-yellow cast that clashes with my Tapo smart bulbs set to 3500K. That all being said, the color rendering is quite good, they do not flicker, and frankly are a great deal for anyone still using halogens as, being Philips, I'm sure they'll last a good bit longer than the more generic brands out there.

i have recessed fixtures and all the other bulbs have lenses that rotate freely so that i cant get a grip on the bulb to turn it to snap into the socket! these phillips have a fixed lens so that i could take a piece of duct tape for grip and turn it into locking place. great quality of light as well! A+

Bought this to replace the failed GE stock lights and they work over well. Dimming works well too.

I operate 5 of these bulbs in my house, maybe close to 5 years. I love the app and how well the lights work. However, for the price, they had better last 20 years. I've had one fail so far and was not pleased with having to replace it.

No heat, not as pinpoint focused as the halogen bulbs in the form of a clean edge spot but runs very cool, very bright, and excellent color balance. Side effect, cheap to run and should have a long life.

Very impress and pleased with these light. I'm super fussy about light color and have a really hard time getting bulbs I like. These are very close to nice incandescent color and make light that is very easy on the eyes. I'll definitely buy these again.

My Broan hood came with standard MR16 bulbs. You will get FLICKERING replacing both bulbs with this LED version of MR16. I tried one of this and one regular and it works. Definitely brighter but both lights turn on and off very differently! My best guess is one of this and one of the lower lumen version should work but I haven't tried myself. Hope this helps!

Good fit if you use this style. Nice and bright. Came intact and not broken.
