It might be great, but
No instructions! How am I supposed to use it? I'm tempted to return it for a refund, but I wanted the live culture, which is difficult to find in soya yoghurts.Not at all happy!

Promising
12 hours in the yogurt maker at 42C, 8 hours in the fridge and it's still as runny as it started.But at least it tastes like yogurt which, after the same time frame, another brand didn't.I've had better result from a spoonful of alpro in soya milk - but I wanted a heritage variety.I'll experiment further and see.
