I ordered four different colors so I could select the best color match to my hair. While the packaging is not as nice as the Ruby ponytail extension, don't let that stop you from opening up the box and inspecting further. It's not as thick as the Ruby, but Ruby's are $90 and these are a fraction of the price. I think they are a nice product for the price and I would recommend purchasing. If you want a thicker ponytail, order two! I gave four stars and not five because the product is a bit shiny and that looks a little fake, but it can be dulled a little with some powder.

Wasn't as simple to use as I thought. Should have had more directions or something with it. I had to find you tube videos to find the best way to put it in and still having to find the best way to wear it.

The feel and look up the hair was beautiful but unfortunately I cannot get it to stay put. I ended up returning the item.

I bought the #8 150g 32" and im a frequent user of hair pieces (my age has taken a lot out on my volume). This piece was as good as some $60/$80 pieces Ive bought. Soft, doesn't tangle easy. The style takes a few tries to get down but once you do you will love it! Doesn't feel heavy on my hair or pull on my scalp and vlended great with my natural dark brown color. All in all I give it a 10/10 especially for under $20!

There is a lot more hair in this extension than what I expected. I've messed around with the extension a few times and I'm happy with this purchase.
