Just like southern grits. Box is now smaller, but I can’t take away a star because everyone is doing it. Same great product.

I've gone through a few pounds of traditional stone ground grits and while they are good, I think these hominy quick grits are better in every way. They cook much faster, have a smoother texture, and the flavor is just as good or even better.

I knew grits I have been buying were not tasting like the kind my grandma use too make. That's because it was Albers that grandma use to make back in the day. And I have been buying quaker oats grits. I knew something was off ha! Glad I found Albers here on Amazon. They still taste amazing. But the packaging could better. Work on that one and you all will be great as ever 😁

Delicious, easy and quick! I LOVE 💕 shrimp and grits or grits in general. However, I but don’t like the preparation of regular grits with much longer cook time, stirring and sputtering! The quick grits have none of those issues and are just as delicious

If you like grits, these are the best that you can buy. They are ground perfect sizing and the texture is delicious. Cannot beat Albers. Customer service was very fast and reliable
