I like that it's sugar free, I'm not sure if I'm losing weight or not but they taste pretty good and the value for the money is decent I do notice a bit of energy as I drink this coffee and slight suppression of my appetite. Does not make me jittery. says it's for weight loss but I'm not sure if it's effective or not I just like the taste.

Taste great I also add cream for even better. Taste.

The taste is good not to light but not too strong of the coffee. And yes help me to lose my appetite. And for me give me a energy the whole day.

It doesn't taste like coffee and I can drink it.Is hard to swallow and throw out the entire bag.

I admitt I hate coffee I have to drown any coffee in sweetener and French vanilla creamer in order to drink any of it but this stuff still left a bad taste in my mouth that lasted days.

I really like these coffee mixes, they are easy to make, quick to dissolve and good flavor. The taste better than plain instant coffees, my opinion, but the flavor is mainly coffee. I can drink one of these in the morning and I don't feel the need for anymore caffeine type drinks throughout the day. I actually end drinking more water during the day after drinking these! They do fill you and give you a full feeling... I will usually not get hungry till around 11. I think I will be able to keep this a part of my diet!
