Teamgroup sells their products in India yet they do not have a service centre here. The quality of product is cheap and plasticy. My 1TB SSD stopped working just after 1.5 months. In order to get it repaired I'll have to send the product to international service center which will again cost me 3-4 thousand rupees additional depending on the postal service and I don't even have the assurance that it'll be repaired. However even if it got repaired the company will send it back and I will have to bear the customs duty for my product. Which is too bad for a consumer as this is just too absurd and makes no sense.

One of the cheapest 1TB Sata SSD I have found. I honestly purchased this model because money has been a little tight. My PC Only had 500GB of memory and it quickly filled up for games and programs. I bought this to make it so I wouldnt have to constantly remove programs and games just to install another one. Small, light, fits in the standard SSD bracket. NotE: This does NOT come with Sata Power connector nor the Sata Data Cable. Most people should have the Sata Power cable in the box with their PC extras (But always check before assuming). The Sata Data Cable you may need to purchase separately (but very cheap) It was a simple process. Attach to bracket, slide bracket into rack that is in your PC Tower, and plug Power Supply to it, then plug the data cable to it and into the mother board. Done. Very non-invasive install. Was formatted in seconds once the PC was restarted (just using windows). Have had no issues with it, installed larger games at basically the same speed as my NVME SSD (I know its a 'little slower' but to me there was no discernable difference, still 50billion times better than an old school HDD). This does have SATA III compatibility (best data transfer rate in a cabled SSD currently. At this price you really can't beat it. Hopefully it keeps up for over a year or 2 and I'll be happy. Keep In Mind: It is BLANK. If you are replacing the ONLY harddrive you have with this one, you will need to know how to install the OS (probably via a USB boot). In my case, I was simply adding it on top of existing memory storage, so it was super easy. Went from 500GB to 1.5TB in 15 minutes. If you are replacing the only harddrive in your computer, it will take extra steps so your computer will actually have an operating system and work. Be sure to make those preparations. Please, Be sure to look up how to properly install an SSD before attempting. Not because its not easy, but if you have never done it you need to research a little so you do not damage your PC, but promise, its not much at all. Just don't blame the seller if you didn't bother to get the info before the install.

I ordered two of these for an older machine so I can run them in a mirror configuration. They work well as expected. No issues found. Update: After six months of use the disk developed an issue where it won't be detected by a SATA port normally. I managed to get it to work using an older sata-to-usb adapter that only works at sata-300 speed. Tested in a newer one it seems it can't be set to sata-600, so I'm lowering the rating. It can still be used but not for its original purpose, and RMA is a hassle. Update 2: Changing review to single star as the second disk has failed after just two months of use. Not buying from this brand again.
