This is my second purchase. I used to take other brand supplements. I bought this brand because the price was good and couldn't afford my previous brand due to economic situation. I had doubts actually. But it is really a good supplement and does a very good work in keeping me active. I started taking caffeine due to my migraine issues. It helps me to workout even better. Muscle recovery is good too.

I tried it many times before my workout, but it had no effect on my mental alertness during the whole workout, the only time I felt a little more alert and active was at the end of the workout or at night cause I normally take it around 6.30 pm 30mins prior my workout. Overall I didn't find it as effective as I thought it would be. Like 200mg caffeine should've done a much better job in my opinion.

This review is for asitis caffeine supplement. So caffeine is used to clear any drowsyness one may feel to have that alertness and focus to do something like a gym workout. I was feeling a bit drowsy and also had to do some office work. So I took asitis caffeien pil and rested for sometime. Coz usually the kick in time is around 30mins. Without knowing I fell in such good sleep and felt freh after I woke up! Such a good supplement! It would be nice if they named it meltonin sleep supplement instead of caffeine supplement. Thanks to the company. And to all the guys thinking to buy this, guys, stay away from this. Except some paliptation this was no good. Research and find some other good brand.

Bhai mai ek diabetic patient hu 15 years ka hu maine ye tablet aaj gym jane se 30 min pehle li thi 30 min tak toh koi asar nhi hua but fir maza aya gym karne me mera weight 50 kg hai or deadlift 70 thi or aaj maine 85 mardi, very happy !!

Its didn't give me any effect for my workout when iam properly use this.
