I absolutely love eve lom cleansers. I was sad when they eliminated their original morning cleanser but this balm works very well! It never dries my skin out but it doesn't feel like it leaves any residue. Overall I would swear by their products. I've used them for the better part of two decades and everything else I found tends to be way too harsh for my extremely sensitive skin. I do wish they would come out with a new moisturizer sunscreen combo for people who have combo skin and are sensitive to oil ... I miss that product!

Heard about this from Trinny Woodall's FB videos. Love the fabulous smell and the consistency. I look forward to using it and my skin feels clean and cared for instead of dry. I do a full massage each time I use it and my skin loves it! Normally I have very sensitive skin and have difficulty finding products that don't leave me dry and itchy. This leaves your skin moist and clean!

Admittedly, it took me a little getting use to when it comes to cleansing balms. I've used others before and they did throw me for a bit of a loop until I finally got the hang of how and when to use them. They are very different than a regular facial cleanser, so don't expect it to be anything like one. First it is important to understand that oil dissolves oil and water will dissolves water. There is no exact method of what works best for you, but for me, if I want to remove a lot makeup or excess sebum, I like to use this first. Again, oil dissolves oil. Because I'm sometimes out to strip my pores of all of that gunk, I might then use a regular cleanser afterwards. Then there are times when my skin is feeling extra dry and I want to make sure that I'm getting enough moisturization, I'll start with a regular cleanser, or just use this by itself. You can really feel the balmy emollients in this as your massage it across your face. It feels so soothing and luscious on the skin. The scent isn't the best, but it's really not bad either. Smells earthy, as well as herbal. To be honest, it smells as though this contains a little hemp oil, but it doesn't. It doesn't bother me at all and I find it to be clean smelling, though I can understand how some might not like that smell. I actually find it grounding and soothing because of the earthy qualities of the scent. This cleansing balm cleans very well. I especially love how it starts my moisturization process without feeling like it has left an oil slick behind. It's smooth and almost creamy feeling, yet very clean. Don't go into this expecting it to feel and work like your regular facial cleanser. Get to know how this works and when is best to use this for your personal needs. Once you get use to how cleansing balms work, you may fall in love with this cleansing balm. I know that I did. Note: They say this is unscented. Not true. Well, maybe because they don't add a fragrance, but you will definitely smell the earthy goodness of this cleansing balm. Also, they say it is oil free. Yet when you read the ingredients list, you can see that in fact it does contain oils. Very good oils, but I don't understand how they can say that it's oil free. It's very clean and balmy, but not greasy, for what that's worth to you.

This is a really thick cleanser. One pump is enough for the whole face. Feels soft and smooth when massaging into the skin. Does a good job lifting some light everyday makeup off my face and doesn’t irritate my skin at all. Directions state to apply to wet skin. While it doesn’t leave my skin feeling super dry and tight, unfortunately it still feels dry. I have dry cheeks and forehead so I don’t normally go for gel cleansers because they are too drying for me, I prefer oils or balms, but since this cleanser is dubbed a gel balm I was curious. I’m really confused about why this is called an oil free cleanser when the ingredients list has several oils. It is also quite fragranced. It smells herby and spicy to me, but I can’t pin point the exact scent. The spices aren’t warm, but maybe a mix of essential oils that smell kind of woodsy. I don’t like floral or sweet scents so I was happy to finally smell something different, but it’s quite potent going on the face. The smell doesn’t seem to linger after rinse, at least not strongly enough to bother me so it’s fine. Seeing that the cost of this is $60, and though it’s a unique gel/balm texture it performed below my expectations, so I cannot say I’d purchase it in the future when I’ve bought balms that work super well for less than a third of this.

I really like Eve Lom brand and I have tried several of their skin products before. This oil free cleanser comes in a very chic and luxury packaging so it can be a great gift to someone as well. It constrains of 3.2 fl.oz. or 100 ml of product. Although it's still looks pretty pricey but I think it would last so long that would be worth it as you just need a little of it for each se. The texture is gel and very light and gentle on skin. Very easy to apply and massage on skin then you need to just rinse it. It's oil free and it's a great option for all skin type especially people with normal to oily skin.

The cleanser does work OK and cleans my face well, but it smells really strong and unpleasant, somewhat like fish. I tried twice, and I just cannot stand it. I also ordered Eve Lom mask, and had a problem with the smell, too.

La version más vegetal y a base de manteca de karité del famoso bálsamo. Es más fácil y rápido de usar ya que no necesita muselina. Mismo olor y retira sin resecar toda la suciedad. A diferencia del bálsamo hay que humedecer la cara primero. Perfecto para el verano.

I may be biased but I love Eve Lom products. This cleanser ,along with several others I use, is wonderful. It doesn't upset my skin and is really a good cleanser, washing away all traces of oil and debris. This is a personal review though, someone else might not like it.

Den Hype um dieses Produkt verstehe ich leider nicht. Der Geruch ist tatsächlich gewöhnungsbedürftig. Sehr, sehr Kräuterlastig und irgendwie leicht medizinisch. Muss man halt mögen. Mir persönlich hat dieser Reiniger nichts gebracht. Ich (44 Jahre) habe eine Mischhaut mit Neigung zu Unreinheiten. Ich hatte bei mir eher das Gefühl, es fördert die Talgproduktion bei mir. Also habe ich es meiner Mama gegeben (72 Jahre alt). Aber auch Sie kam mit dem Produkt nicht zurecht. Wie bei allen Pflegeprodukten ist dieses bestimmt nicht schlecht, wenn es halt zum eigenen Hauttyp passt. Leider war es bei uns nicht so.

Tiene un olor que te tiene que gustar porque es fuerte, muy botánico. Realmente es buena pero no puedo con su olor.
