It’s good, and less expensive than brick and mortar
I’ve used this brand for years. It’s a functional vest with pockets. Try one on at your local store for sizing as the sizes run smaller than you’d expect (I usually wear a xxl and in these I wear a xxxl)

Sizing is reasonable
I wear a medium shirt, large hoodie, and ordered an XL vest after reading that this fit small. I should have probably gone with the large - this fits fairly loose over a shirt, and would still be a bit loose over a hoodie. Quality is good, not great. It's not highly durable fabric, but the quality is much better than basic vests and won't snag or rip easily. I'm happy with it.
