Vollum Bread Proofing Basket
Nice proofing basket but didn't work for me.

Amazing
Made my first loaf of sourdough bread. The proofing basket was so easy to use. Dough did not stick at all. Cleaning basket was a breeze.

Nice and big and sturdy
I bought this to make artesian bread. It works great. I use it to fill different sized Dutch ovens. Sturdy, and holds the flour to keep the bread from sticking.

Decent, could have been a bit more smooth
The one I got was a bit rough and splintered in places and needed some sanding to keep from getting splinters in hands or bread dough. It works.

Significantly cheaper in price than the name brands
I have both a Frieling and this one. Both work the same. This one is a little larger and I prefer to make 2 pound loafs so this is a better choice for me. I have done a 2 pounder with the Frieling and it bulges above the top but this is no big deal. The Vollume is cheaper so........
