Winco CBN-1520WT, 15x20x1/2" Rectangular Cutting Board with White Rubber Grip Hook, Plastic Chopping Board (White)

I’ve had mine for a week, and so far it’s the best cutting board I’ve ever owned. It’s more impressive in the flesh than on screen (ATK is where I first saw it). It’s thicker & sturdier than I expected, and big enough to accommodate all the prep that most home cooks are likely to do. MOST importantly, it’s absolutely stable & immobile & rock solid. If you do any amount of slicing/dicing/chopping, a board that doesn’t slip & slide during your knife work is critical. I’d had my old board for more than a decade, and its non-slip properties had slowly eroded – it happened so gradually that I just slowly adjusted & lived with it. To suddenly switch to his one is revelatory; in a ‘damn, what was I thinking?’ kind of way. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase.

Edited Review: My review is not about the product durability and functionality as I just received it and haven't used it yet. I find it disappointing when any supplier posts a picture on their store front and delivers a modified version instead. If the manufacturer has changed/discontinued/updated their products it should be reflected online immediately.The picture I'm attaching shows the different grippy corners the board I got has compared to what I saw online. This doesn't not mean that the board will not perform well. So I’m here to edit my original review since I kept digging and trying to find out why the grippy parts were updated. It turns out to be they changed their shape and brought them to the edges of the board so that it won’t slip when stored on its long edge. I think that’s great, but why not make these grippy parts right around the four corners so that you can store the board on either edge (long or short)?! Anyways, I’m giving it 4 stars now.Cheers!

I have bought less expensive cutting boards from a big box store and one was similar in size to this one...however, it warped and I got tired of the thing spinning around on the counter and I value my fingers too much to continue using it.Then, one day I was watching "America's Test Kitchen (ATK) Gear Heads" on YouTube in which they highlight their much-tested and most highly rated items, and this cutting board popped up. Even better, they give the link that takes you right to Amazon to make the purchase!I wholeheartedly agree with their opinion. This is a very large cutting board and I use it all of the time, having room for meal prep of my veggies. It is supposed to be "warp proof" and be easy on the knives.I hope I can find more sizes at some point. Supposedly you can get the rubber feet and hook in different colors to prevent cross-contamination if using boards at the same time.Oh, and they clean really well...I haven't found anything that has stained the surface yet.Winco cutting boards are the best!

I found this cutting board on America's Test Kitchen website, in their product review section.I purchased this board on their recommendation - blind faith if you will - and could not be happier.This board is sturdy and is non-slip and unlike my old glass cutting board, it is easy on the knife blades.I bought a high-end kitchen knife and was skeptical at first but this board has not damaged the sharpness of the blade one bit. This is a great cutting board.DISCLOSURE - I am a non-paid but satisfied customer.

This is a good board, though it's enormous.The one big problem: no trough to catch juices.

Good size chopping and cutting surface. Rubber grips keep it in place.

I love this big boi board. Plenty of room for mise en place, never slips, and feels sturdy. Be aware that it is intended for food service- it's also a little too big for my sink and for my cupboard. I mainly use it for dishes with a lot of components, like soup and sushi, or for breaking down big produce like pineapple and watermelon. I use my knife to transfer food instead of lifting the board. I purchased a smaller board for jobs like slicing an apple or cutting oven fries. Still, I love this board and talk to it with my doggy voice, because it's my big boi!

Easy to maintain most of the time if I am chopping something dont need to wash just wipe it with paper towel and you are good, meat cutting is good too

Found this product from an online review by ATK and thought I would give it a try. I was very disheartened when I recived my package and what was in the box did not match the pictures in the ad.
