There was more than I thought
Black currants are okay, in small doses. Unfortunately what I thought was one pack was six or so.

My expectations were not met
It may be my fault. I thought these were pure, natural with no additives! They have preservatives in them! Phosphorus being the main concern of mine. Phosphorus is poisonous to the body, kidneys, bones. I threw this product away it was a waste of money But it’s OK I’m worth more than the money I threw away on these.
