Sidestand Assembly; Vespa GT200/GTS250/GTS300

I ordered this side stand kit for my 2007 Vespa GTS 250 scooter. It was quite a bit less expensive than the factory side stand kit. Item arrived quickly and was packed well. No instructions were included but it was easy to figure out how to install it on my Vespa. From start to finish it took no more than ten minutes. The kit came with everything you needed and even included the "extra" bracket you will need if your Vespa is a later model. I put a couple of drops of blue Loctite on the two threaded surfaces and a little grease on the pivot / mounting bolt and it works perfect! Remember...if you use this side stand it retracts to the upright position once you take weight off of it.

Fit the Vespa perfectly.

The side6stand had all the pieces for my GTV 300 2016. The spring plate needed for 2014 and newer was included. I had to drill out the holes a little since they did not line up with the threaded holes on my Vespa. I picked up 2-M6 12mm and the sidestand mounted quickly and operates appropriately.

The kick stand is to low for my Vespa, the bike tilts far to the left, it looks unsafe.

Was what I needed but was a little too long. Made my Vespa stand straight up with chance of falling over. Friend of mine cut it down for me and welded it back together. Works ok now.

Took 10 mins install but that is unstable I feel scooter may fall and end up I still use the full stand , also other problem is when make a fast left tune the stand hit the ground. Not sure still wannr keep that.

Best and easy install if you watch a YouTube video to install. No instructions. But easy install on my vespa gt200

Nice quality at a great price. I was concerned initially about a non-OEM stand. However, it is solid and functional. Installation literally took 4-5 minutes. If you’ve ever picked a wrench, this is a breeze - one bolt, a spring and a bit of grease.
