Is this an ESP factory B-Stock guitar?

If you see a small number "2" on the back of the headstock, you know it's a B-stock. They cannot legally sell those as "new". If you end up getting one, let ESP customer service know. Just don't buy one from a NON-ESP dealer and you should be able to get your money back.

Is it possibe to ensure the snakebyte in snow white that i purchase is from korea and not indonesia?

E-mail the vendor. Probably Indonesian with a cheaper black nut that's kind of sharp (can be smoothed).
