WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE?
UPDATE #1 and #2 BELOW (June 6, 2021 & Jan. 3, 2022). EXCELLENT design, construction, durability, utility, price. I have used one OM for 45 days, once a day, on a mouth full of teeth (except the wise ones) *NO BRACES* and plan on disposing of it after 2 months whether it needs to be or not. After about 2 weeks of use the tapered shape became more cylindrical; after a month the bristles lost a little in diameter and uniformity (somewhat "scruffy"). I have used only one other interdental brush brand before so cannot adequately compare to others on the current market. But my other brand (Plackers blue/white, now a discontinued model) would last only about a week before breaking. The secret seems to be keeping it clean and avoiding flexing/bending/crinking the wire. The cover cap provided with each bush should help on both counts. The OM has a slightly smaller diameter wire than my Plackers model but seems to be more resistant to bending. Sizing could be problematic. It would be helpful if OM would provide samples but they do provide a lot of detailed specs online. Remember that OM descriptions (tight to wide) refers to the gaps at the gum line and not the spaces between the teeth bodies. You actually may get a longer service life than I did, since I use the brushes on an Oral-B Hummingbird vibrating flosser (also now discontinued) that I adapted to accept interdental brushes. I can't imagine that the vibrator is less rough on the brush than using it manually. Also you may even out the wear (and extend the effective life) by systematically rotating the brush a quarter-turn (90 deg.) to better balance the wear around the bristles. I will try this on my 2d OM and post an update if it does not work. My cost: $.28 @, shipping included ("free").UPDATE #1: I got an extra two weeks use of the second brush by rotating the angle and balancing the wear more evenly; a full two months of use with less "scruffy" looks!UPDATE #2: My teeth & gaps, with some exceptions, are straight. Any angles in gap access or pathways may stress/flex the wire and reduce its useful life. Over the year I noticed that the wire developed a slight downward curve early on. At first I would straighten this curve continually. Not necessary or helpful. My current brush is entering its third month in better shape than ever and looks to last several more weeks.

Brush Not A Wide As Expected
Really Like This Dental Tool. The Right Angle Brush Makes For Easy Access When Getting Between My Braces. Handle & Brush Is The Perfect Length. Item Count Per Package Is Plentiful. Wish Brush Was Wider. I Will Purchase Again.

Better than floss
I've used interdental a lot and this particular one is the best and lasts more than once.

Excellent oral hygiene tool
I was flossing regularly and was still having some gum inflammation and bleeding. Apparently the dental floss doesn't reach a lot of areas between teeth. After trying this product for a few weeks, my gum health is much better. It took some practice at first to insert the little brush between all of my teeth. Using a little mirror helped me a lot with learning this new cleaning routine. What makes this inter-dental brush great is the angle of the brush and the handle - this makes it easier to reach all the spaces in my back teeth. I wish I knew about this dental tool much sooner. I tend to use a brush two times before replacing it.

Very useful dental brush angle cleaners!
My husband and I used another brand which became really expensive. We tried this Orthomechanic Interdental brush angle cleaners and are delighted with his efficiency. We purchased the tight ones and they work great between tight crowns. You get a large quantity at a decent price.

Easy to break
Wire too flexible, bends too easily.

Good value and Durable
I bought the orange handle for tight spaces. The brush length is good, it could be a tad bit longer but it holds up to several uses. I don't have any dental appliances to clean, I mainly use them to keep the food particles out of the wide spaces throughout the day. 50 per package for a decent price.

Brush for Cleaning Around Brackets
I have recently started orthodontic treatment, incorporating water flossing, string floss, point brushes, and this product into my routine. The purpose of this brush is to clean the areas directly beside the brackets that are challenging to reach with regular brushing.According to my orthodontist, using this kind of brush to clean between the teeth during orthodontic treatment may create gaps in the spaces where the gums need to fill in. Therefore, it was advised not to use it during orthodontic treatment. However, I specifically use this product to clean around each bracket where the wire obstructs, ensuring a thorough clean. The brush's size is slightly larger to fit the spaces adequately, as a smaller brush tended to hover over the gaps. The bent end of the brush makes it more convenient to navigate between the brackets. The price is reasonable for the quantity provided, making it a convenient and cost-effective choice.
