Excellent service support
After six months of use, the product developed a fault. However, I received a new replacement within just three days. Despite initial concerns about customer service in a small company, I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding after-sales support. Thank you to the entire team.

Useless. Quality sub standard
very bad quality. USB c ports are not tight fit to cable.Does not charge.Tried many cables apart from supplied C to C . Sometimes it works, but mostly it doesn't. Just a small shake and it fails . only usb A works reliably. Avoid this.

Best product but heating slightly
Best 65 gan charger build quality is good but receive packageing is not soo good charging rating and support all fast charging but charger heat fast

Best support
I have bought this product on December, it is working fine till April, suddenly one of the usb-c port is not working, so I asked their support through email. They have contacted me back through mail and after confirmation of the product defect they given replacement. Now I am satisfied with their product and their quick support.

Does not last. Avoid.
I bought this charger for over 2k in February 2023, it is now october and it has died. It stopped working mid-way through charging a phone last night.It always ran a bit too hot for comfort, and it's cooked it self now.I bought a similar charger, ports and size, from Thailand last year, and it still works well.Especially at this price, this product is an absolute waste of money, avoid.

whether all the ports are working or not
I used this adapter for charging my laptop and phones. The adapter gets heated when using for Laptop. Further when i use two ports, the charging is very slow. One of the ports also does not work.

Great after sale support
My RAEGR RapidLink 1160 charger had an issue and the vendor promptly dispatched a RAEGR RapidLink 1180 charger within 2 days. Their professional and rapid response is truly commendable. Would definitely recommend the RAEGR RapidLink 1180.

Not worth the money spent.
Turned into brick after a few days of use. No clear warranty Amazon only directs you to vendor. No contact details available .
