Decent for the money
This was under £8 when I ordered it which I think it's a reasonable price for the quality.The main part is glitter card which is very sparkly. The spirals seem to be more a plasticky foil material. The main sign is fixed in place, but the spirals can be added wherever you like (or left off). It's really pretty and will definitely last for more than one use (just keep the packet it came in so it's protected).

Bright and sparkly
This banner set is bright and sparkly just how my wife likes it and looks great setup. She loves pink and the glitter catches the light beautifully, it's a really good size, the streamers look great and add depth to the banner. I enjoyed seeing her face light up when she saw the banner it definitely made her birthday a little more extra special.
