Aprilaire 8052 Duct or Outdoor Mount Temperature Sensor

Easy to install and worked well.

The temperature sensor was identical to the original sensor that was installed with my Aprilaire 8052 humidifier several years ago. Other than its function I appreciated that the wire leads were the same length as the original so that I did not have to modify any wiring when I replaced the original. The mounting bracket was also identical which made replacement easier. After installing the replacement sensor, the E3 error code went away and the humidifier resumed normal operation.

The contractor who installed our new deck cut off the old temperature sensor and our humidifier stopped working. This simple replacement solved the problem.

This was cheap, easy to install and greatly improved the function of my Aprilaire 800. I used this product as an outdoor temp sensor enabling our humidifier to automatically control for relative humidity. No more frosty windows and/or having to run to the basement to adjust the settings with each swing in temp during the fall / winter!

Humidifier back up and running. Easy install.

Great replacement for my April air humidifier. Saved me a ton of money, instead of calling a furnace guy or gal, I did it myself just for the cost of this temperature sensor. Took me all of 15 min. Thanks!

Was exactly the right part, fixed our issue myself on the cheap.

I installed this as my Return Air Temperature (RAT) sensor in my system and it is used as a backup in case the thermostat (Aprilaire 8920W) fails for any reason.

The temperature sensor had no continuity on a multimeter ohm check. It was returned for a refund without any hassle.
