Q: Is there any Arch support?

Moderate amount of arch support. Not as much as a Birkenstock, but very comfortable

Q: Are some made with leather upper?

These are not leather in my opinion. They are some water-resistant fabric. I do not like them compared to the original UIN. I have not been able to wear these for a whole day. They are also a little rough in the heel. They are really cute, so that makes up for the rest.

Q: where are these shoes made?

Mine are made in China and are of highest quality

Q: Can women wear mens shoes, I see you order 1.5 size down but is width wider?

I just rec'd a women's shoe (porpoise/dolphin) in an 8 (canvas which I expect will stretch compared to the microfiber at $130). I wear an 8. I also rec'd men's version, size 7, (ARTS & Drafts) AFTER checking the UIN website's size chart which allowed me to compare measurements. I'm good to go at this point with both. Please note: It appears there is a "stronger rim of material around the top of the shoe in the pairs that are $130 so I would expect those not to stretch as much.
