Small but hefty
I grabbed this because my fiance and I like to go hiking and a couple of times, scissors would have come in handy.I like how small this tool is - it easily fits in his pocket (which means he can use it as an everyday item that he'll carry in his work pants with him) or we can throw it in one of our backpacks when we head out on a hike. It does come with a clip that you can clip to your backpack, etc. but I'm more likely to just throw it in my backpack. There are other features to this but the main reason I got this was that we needed the scissor's function the most. And just because it's small, don't think it isn't durable because it is. This is made of heavy-duty stainless steel that will hold up well. For the price, I recommend it. It's a nice little tool to have even if you just throw it in your car so you have it available.

I really want to like this tool, but...
To me, this is no more than a nice pair or stainless steel scissors, meant for smaller tasks. I really wanted to discover the utility of this "multi" tool, but after carrying around quite a bit over the last couple months I found I hardly ever used it. And if I did use it, it was strictly for cutting small things, like envelopes, paper, etc. I never used it for the other features, like the nut driver, or screw driver, as it just did not feel right in the hand for me. Tool buffs will understand what I mean.Maybe this is just me, and your experience would be completely different. Unfortunately, I am not too impressed with it. I will keep it though, as I do use it on occasion. I will continue to search for functionality with this tool, because I really do want to like it. I will update my review should that epiphany come my way. Thank you for reading my review.

Great as a gift for a handy/preparedness person
These are a great add-on to a backcountry first-aid kit or the like. I gave them to my very outdoorsy sister and they have fit right in to her regular kit. The shears are super light for how sturdy they are, and the clip is a nice plus.

Smaller than expected.
Product was much smaller then expected. Blades are dull and ineffective.

Didn’t know I needed it until I bought it.
I got this on a whim and I’m very glad that I did. I honestly thought I would get it and it would end up on a shelf somewhere. It now lives on my keys and has been so useful. The scissors work as a knife to open boxes as well as to cut open those annoying clam shell packages. The scissors come sharp and seem to hold there edge well. The carabiner clip makes it easy to clip on to your keys or belt loop and makes it so it is always handy to use. Every once in a while you will need to hand tighten the nut on the scissors if you want to keep them tight. A nylon lock nut would probably have solved this problem. It may not seem important, but one of these on your key ring, BOB, work kit or junk drawer could make a world of difference. I recommend this product. Hope this review helps!

Needs Work
Unlike every other review I've seen here, I wasn't sent this thing for free. I actually paid for it.It's an interesting design that still has some kinks to work out. The whole thing is held together by three Torx screws that were laughably loose upon arrival. I tightened them up, but, lacking any sort of threadlocker on the hardware, they quickly worked themselves loose again. And when I say "loose," I mean you could freely spin the nuts with your fingers. I wouldn't be surprised if the whole thing fell apart during a day spent clipped to a belt loop.I tested cutting ability on a piece of paper and some cardstock junk mail. They did just okay, nothing particularly impressive or satisfying to them. If you open the scissors all the way, the deepest portion of the blades don't cut. They just kind of fold the paper over. Essentially, only about half the blade length of the scissors will cut reliably. When I folded them back to the closed position, one side of the scissor blades slipped right past the little stop bar the protrudes from the handles. I had to remove the central pivot screw to fix it.The little flathead screwdriver built into one of the handles sticks out in such a way that it rubs on the opposite handle when unfolding, sometimes actually getting stuck and preventing the tool from opening at all.Not a huge deal, but I was sent a model that appeared to have been returned once already. It looked as though it had been hastily zip tied back to the packaging in one spot while the zip tie in the second spot was cut and left dangling in place. This has been happening to me more frequently with Amazon purchases.

Great little tool!
I love having these little tools on different packs. Each is useful in its own way. Ofcouse there is the pocket multi tool that is just perfect for on the go things but this is different.I think for the functions it has its great. The one useless function it has is the phone holder. I don't get how it works and it wont work with any case you have.I think the scissors are good though. Sharp little blades. The clip is night and tight. The little flat head screw driver is good too. This might be too much but a little blade would be perfect.None the less I really like this slim form and the clip you can carry it on.Very nice little tool!

Acceptable for Small Stuff
These shears are small and good for paper and even some short cloth cuts (as long as the cloth is thin). They're excellent for keeping in my truck in case I need to cut something out for a kids homework assignment on the fly or for whenever I need to cut paper in my truck. They are easy to fold down and can be easily carried in a pocket or from a belt loop. These aren't emergency shears, though. They're ability to cut through cord is very limited. The phone holder portion of this is a waste and unnecessary.
