Q: I can't seem to order this item because it says it is not able to ship to my address. I live in a house. Anyone else have this problem?

I’m having the same issue here in Ohio. I think after talking with customer service that there’s a discrepancy in the product information. The lady on the phone said that it was over 70 pounds so it couldn’t be delivered. The product is not over 70 pounds it says it’s a weight limit for a writer is 75 pounds.
