The media could not be loaded.  While taking the item right out of the box, I initially noticed how the provided wooden handled was too obtuse to fit the groove created on the wok! Excited, eager and ready for a challenge I quickly grabbed my utility knife to shave down portion of the entry point on the handle. 5 minutes later and one obstacle down, I then realized that the metal piece used to screw the handled into the wok didn’t exceed the length of the handle itself so that was problem number 2 and probably the biggest. I would’ve never been able to get the handle assembled properly! I can understand if there were interchangeable options within the package but there aren’t so I am wondering how I received a handle that (1) was too fat, but then (2) also entirely longer than the piece needed to assemble the wok?

Worth the money

This is a really nice wok, the box looked very small when it arrived and I was worried, but that's only because you need to attach the handle after opening. It's a great size and the accessories are really nice quality. We haven't used it yet as it's a Christmas gift, but I can't see any problems arising at all. It's a great quality and seems to be made very sturdy.

Read the directions to avoid any problems. The pan does get very hot over electric stove top. So far it be only pan fried some corn fritters in them, and they cooked up well. Very nice for the price.

So first time out, I treated it and then began cooking. I did have some sticking issues and the heat doesn't distribute as well as I'd hoped. Maybe better if using a gas burner, mine is a glass top so I know that has some effect. Cleaning was rough, because there was some stuck-on stuff and it was difficult to remove without some type of abrasive, which I didn't want to use as it might've messed up the pan. It's decent for the money, but don't expect something great.
