Overall it's a great! A little pricy, but great!
As an archosaur enthusiast, I can see why some customers might be a little upset w/ the accuracy. That said, for what you're buying this is a great product, albeit a bit expensive to likely cover shipping & the fact that archosaur figurines aren't near as popular as they were in the '90s & '00s, when the Jurassic Park franchise was massively in the forethought of the public; I mean that's how I got started reading about them. Anyway, I believe for the scale of size & for the mass produced material used, the accuracy is pretty on point. It would be significantly more difficult to replicate all the believed fine minute details of this therapod at this scaled size w/o going to a more skilled sculpture carving using a different building material & w/o driving up the cost. Being the larger figurines are going for around $80 USD already, it would be hard to justify the cost from both the manufacturer & customer perspectives. The paint appears to be a nice airbrushing, if you don't plan to "play" w/ this figurine, then it's a fantastic paint job, but I can't imagine it would hold up to a child playing w/ it like they do their Tonka toys; I know I was hard on my toys when I was younger. Honestly, the price is the only thing I would be critical about, I would've been happier & given this a solid 5 stars in every category if the figurine would've been priced around $25-$30 USD instead of ~$40 USD. This will be the first of a few I want to ultimately get for a display shelf in my office, so I'm glad that overall I'm very happy w/ my purchase. For now, Fergus is sitting on my desktop amplifier & speaker overlooking my desk.

Best Acrocanthosaurus for the Price!
I've always liked the Acrocanthosaurus, but I could never find an affordable figure or statue for display. The Acro was always available as ether a injection-molded plastic kid's toy, or as a near museum level solid resin display piece that costs more than a whole crate of the kid's toys. I found this Acro by accident and I knew I had to have it. Not disappointed in the least. The details are excellent, from the skin pigmentation, to the bony bumps (osteoderms) and ridges on its neck and spine. The jaw allows for a fair degree of movement without exposing the inner hinge. I'm tickled pink with this figure. The only thing I can complain about is the osteoderms on the head and neck are easy to damage. Abrasions will easily remove the paint from them, or even chip them off entirely, leaving little whitish specks.

Acrocanthosaurus-great model
Most of PNSO's stuff is great, but Fergus the Acrocanthosaurus is especially great. Scales well with the rest of their 1/35 scale line. Just be sure to use the clear stand.

Very accurate Acrocanthosaurus figure
I bought the PNSO Acrocanthosaurus because the only complete skeleton of an Acrocanthosaurus is at the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences in Raleigh, NC which is where I went college. The figure is considered to be the most accurate Acrocanthosaurus figure (vs. the Rebor and Papo versions) and is bout 12 3/3 inches long and the mouth opens. Like most PNSO dinosaur figures, it has a brown/tan paint scheme and has a tendency to fall over if the included plastic stand is not used. The PNSO Acrocanthosaurus is highly recommended because of its accuracy, although its brown/tan paint scheme and stability are negatives.
