Easy to hold, no leak, easy to use.

Received three days ago, utilized twice. Purchased the 18oz. Black & Gold Insulated version. Hand feel is great and so far no stretching in the harness or strap. Love the thumb hole to help hold the bottle to my hand. Squeezing the bottle is a bit awkward at first and does take a bit to get used to. Fluid output is good, though it would be nice to have more of a laminar flow valve, and the valve doesn't seem to leak at all. The harness / pouch is just a bit small for my Galaxy S22 Ultra, though it does fit. Total volume is just about perfect for a 5-6 mile run pace.

I was excited to get this because I wanted a running bottle with a larger capacity than the soft bottle I’ve been using. I ordered one of these for my wife and one for me. We are both disappointed. It isn’t good at the two things it should be good at: 1. It doesn’t dispense water well. The nozzle design is horrible and just lets out a trickle of water. I end up gasping for air after I take a drink. 2. It doesn’t fit tightly to my hand no matter how much I tighten the strap. Tighten it too much and the bottle falls out. I have to grasp the bottle which makes my arm hurt on long runs. 0 for 2 on things a running water bottle should do. I expected more from a good brand.
