We received only the pom poms, with no costume

Overall a cute costume for Halloween. Definitely not “real” uniform material but non the less it’s perfect for Halloween. Sizing runs pretty true to size, does have a small chemical smell but if you air it out it will be fine. The skirt fit perfectly, the top was a little long but tucking it in fixed the problem. Also brings Pom poms to finish the look. Worth it for the price and if your little one wants to be a cheerleader!

This is definitely not the real deal. Take it from a former cheerleader, this is just a costume. The material is the typical stretchy costume fabric. It even has fake ribbing printed on the top to look like a sweater. I definitely feel a little misled by that other review saying it wasn’t costume material. It definitely is. It’s still a pretty cute Chrissy cheerleader costume though. I just want to make sure that expectations are within reason because I definitely got my hopes up. That being said, this little costume will work perfect with my Stranger Things theme this year for Halloween.***Be sure to air this costume out way ahead of time. It comes with a strong chemical smell.

The costume is very nice it isn’t stiff. It fits and moves like a normal skirt and tank top. The colors are vibrant. The fabric is breathable and soft. The pom poms are a good size and don’t fall apart easily but have a terrible chemical smell, it’s really bad. I’d keep them in the plastic until it’s time to go outside to trick or treat. Wish it came with socks too.
