I bought this a year ago when this was the only battery powered brush cutter on Amazon. Now I'm shocked to see you can get better and newly designed battery powered brush cutters for just Rs 4000 from other sellers. Those models provide plastic blades as well, to remove short grass, which CROP10 doesn't provide. If you try to use a nylon string on the CROP10 machine to remove short grass in between tiles, it keeps shutting off. You can only cut branches with the circular blade and medium sized plants with the rectangular blade. It's useless for mowing grass too, since the rpm is too low for the job and the rectangular blade isn't sharp enough. The wheels on this are useless too, thanks to it's poor design, where the wheels are at an angle. I wouldn't pay even Rs 2500 for this.

After using for 2-3 times, let me share my experience with the new product, CROP10, a battery assisted electric lawn mover. With the supplier wheels fitted on, it can be moved easily. But the clearance from ground keeps the blade about 5cms above the grass. Otherwise you have to tilt it sharpily to the ground in order to clear the grass closely. During this process the blade may hit the ground trending to damage it. The pros are-1. Easy to handle. 2. Low noise. 3. Sturdy. 4. Multi utility. 5. Non poluting. Cons-1. Guard wire for the blade is not strongly fitted. It frnds to fall down with a milad stroke. 2. Battery back up is limited to 30 mins. Which is not enough for a tool like this. 3. Area cleared is also a limitation. 4. Costly. Over all, a good lawn mover needing some skill to manouver, but easy to oprate. Hope the next edition may be more effective.

Its a very good tool for home users also for farmers, battery backup is decent, not yet evaluated how may hours it will work on single charging. Powerful motor, it can chop 1/2 inch shrubs very easly. Tool is bit heavy but normal for adults. Cons: 1. No proper user manual 2. Not able to fix the Protection flap properly, may be my problem. Note: Recommend to wear a face protection mask or eye protection galsses

I like it, very useful, light weight I have purchased this for trimming grass and small plants in my way to home with out making loud .noise like petrol engine. But now it stop working after one or two minutes. Switch off and on again it will work for another minutes. Battery was in full charge. Want to inform the agency.

After use I knew that this item is useless. No grass could cut with this item. I dont recommend this item for cutting grass. I contacted the responsible person frequently whether i could fix tap and go. No response

The item is good. But the blade is not available. Worst customer support.

After a lot of research, I arrived at this product. It is the brushless motor which attracted me. Unfortunately, the package did not contain all the items. Also wire of the motor was in disconnected condition which I may not be able to connect. It does not appear that the battery unit was ever connected. No Battery, no charger unit. So a replacement order placed hoping that I get all things delivered in good condition. I received a replacement with all parts. Packing is absolutely improper. So it got damaged. This time the charger pin was damaged. I did not return. Using with the bent pin! Its a fantastic equipment. Battery is not bad. It gives around 40 minutes of continuous usage in a single charge. I feel they should have provided thread cutter also along with this as an attachment and safety goggle too. Dear seller pls improve packing. Among the codeless grass mowers, I like this one. It is cheap and best.

Very easy to use. Battery get about 45 minutes backup. Powerful enough to cut medium grown weeds. The blade may worn easily if used for cutting grass at rocky area. From where we get spare blade ?
