Is there a way to turn off the voice, "Bluetooth Mode"? It is annoying.

I don't believe so. But I don't mind it. Let's me know its working. Granted I keep it on BT mode. Plus I like to know it connected lol

Like the cord? I'm not sure, mine works with the type c cord just fine. I actually had to use a different one because i bent the original by not taking it out and putting the whole thing in the box. I'd suggest having a new one. Maybe your old type c cords are a bit bent?

How do you turn on the white noise feature ?

Like said, hit the music button, and you will hear the default tune. Then you must use the “next track” button to switch to the desired sound, such as white noise, nature sounds, etc
